For initial enquiries, yes you can. Just  go to our main website and give us a call.

Once you've sent your drive to the Kroll Ontrack Home service, all support is undertaken via either email and/or chat. This is to ensure costs are kept to a minimum and you don’t overpay for your recovery. We do, however, guarantee to keep you informed with all the relevant information, and are always contactable (and responsive!) via email and/or chat.
